FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE FOR PRESERVATION OF MANUSCRIPTRS/ RARE BOOKS, YEAR 2010-2011
Applications are invited
from Voluntary Organizations, Educational Institutions including Private
Colleges, Private Libraries, Museums and Universities including Deemed Universities, and
Individuals for Financial Assistance under the above Scheme for scientific preservation, repair, microfilming, listing, cataloguing, evaluation, translation,
publication and purchase of manuscripts and rare books, historical documents
and photographs, charts, maps in
their custody.
The
maximum limit of financial assistance extended under the Scheme is up to
Rs.2.00 lakhs per year per project.
Complete
details of the financial assistance scheme, alongwith
the prescribed proforma of the application can also
be downloaded from National Archives of India’s website www.nationalarchives.nic.in, OR could also be obtained from the address given
above, either by writing or in person.
Application(s) for financial
assistance should be submitted in the prescribed proforma
duly completed in all respects alongwith requisite
documents through State Level Screening Committee/ State Archives on or before 31
January 2011.

के लिए वित्तीय
सहायता हेतु निजी
पुस्तकालयों,
संग्रहालयों,
विश्वविद्यालयों,
मानित विश्वविद्यालयेां,
स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों, धार्मिक
संगठनों, भूतपूर्व
रजवाडों, बडे जमींदारों
तथा व्यक्तियों
सहित स्वैच्छिक
संगठनों एंव
शैक्ष्िाक
संस्थानों से
आवेदन आंमत्रित
है ।
इस योजना
के अंतर्गत अधिकतम
वित्तीय सहायता
की सीमा रूपए
2 लाख प्रति वर्ष/
प्रति योजना है.

स्तरीय स्क्रींनिंग
कमेटी/ अभिलेखागार
के माध्यम से

cost of the Project with item-wise details of financial assistance sought. Source
from where 25% cost of the Project would be met. Financial
assistance expected from any other source for the Project. Recommendation
